satisfied
havent fully used this product yet, hooked it up to my upstairs system and encounterd issues with my wireless surround system! ive read other reviews and some people are having the same problems! i use other monster cables and have nothing but good words to say about thier products except the high price of course! i took a shot on these and im thinking these are knock off cables the quality doesnt seem to fit that of my other monster cables and obviously the feedback issue has somthing to do with the quality of ir shielding within this cable! somthing doesnt add up, since i use lower end monster cables and higher end ones too and they all look, feel and perform better than this cables! havent tried this yet on the downstairs system but well see! but as for this review im calling these cables suspect! and dont think the sellers schould be calling these authentic monster cables! if they are authentic, then shame on monster for slipping up on these supposed next level cables!

Buyer Beware! These are FAKE Monster Cables!!!! You can trace back these sellers to Chinese duplication companies. A red flag should have appeared when you realized you were purchasing a cable with a retail price of $300, for $20. The M series cables are the most popular faked cables. The Real M series monster cable probably has more than $20 worth of gold built into it, much less the cost of building the rest of the cable (which in truth is probably only around $100 and its marked up to $300)
THESE ARE CHINESE FAKES!!!!! (the trend started on ebay and has now hit amazon). They even come in a cardboard box with no monster lifetime warranty! Red flag anyone?
BUT! with all this said, these ARE Functional. They are just standard HDMI cables dressed to match the M series body (and the picture posted is taken straight from monster's site).
So buyers be careful. Research what you are buying. But by all means, if you are just hunting a gold plated hdmi cable and you want it to look amazing, get this product.
Remember kids, you get what you pay for!

ordered two of these cables and both were defective. but to the credit of the seller, they were quick to respond to my email and they refunded the whole amount of my purchase including shipping without question.

M2000HD, 8ft, at $20? this is a definite fake product. I don't know why Amazon allows selling unauthorized imitation product like this. The dealers' wholesale cost for this item is much higher than $20, let alone being able to sell them at $20.

You really can't skip the performance Monster Cables when you purchase a home theatre. I had video problems with my PS3 hooked up through a brand-new Onkyo reciever to a brand-new Samsung TV. I could be watching a movie and all of a sudden the screen would go black and then the TV would say "No input source" As soon as I replaced the cheap HDMI cord from BestBuy with this Monster Cable, the problem stopped immediately. I now hear every detail in the sound and have an AMAZING! picture quality. This cable is the best!
